Me and my wife shared a big mac at McDonald's at 8pm on 10/09/19 and the next morning my wife was throwing up with diarrhea and so was I my poop was like water ! Missed work couldn't go in  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

We ate 29th September 2019 at 12.30. We had 3 big mac meals with fries/sweet potato fries. 3 happy meals, cheeseburger, chicken nuggets x 2. Symptoms started Monday late evening with tight stomachs. Only 1 sick. I started to feel sick within 4 hours. It wasn’t till the next morning when I was having the urge to vomit and have been now for the last 30 minutes. My vomit was all lettuce and I could taste it as it came up.. tasted rotten. The Big Mac burger, the lettuce was clearly bad  | Symptoms: Vomiting
