Had chicken nuggets around 1p yesterday. Terrible cramping around 10p and woke up to diarrhea, nausea, and dry heaving and sweating (no vomit at this time) I see a couple other recent reports from their spicy chicken products as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Sweating

Got chicken nuggets, French fries, and shamrock shake.
Chicken nuggets had strands of fibers on it. Looked like from a pot scrub.
Got stomachaches and diarrhea few hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I got their chicken nuggets today 3-8-2021 and on 3-7-2021 both times I’ve gotten stomach cramps, nausea and over all unwell feeling. I dip the nuggets in honey. I don’t know what’s going on but nothing else has made me feel this sick!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

while i was eating my fries my lips got dry and started to burn. I kept eating thinking it was nothing the. after i finished eating my chicken nuggets i had huge inflammed red lips.
