At 12 noon my granddaughter ate chicken nuggets, french fries and apple juice at McDonalds. Within 1/2 hour stomach cramps appeared, 1-hour diarrhea occurd, and 2-hours after eating she vomited for the next 3-hours straight. We will never eat at McDonald's again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

After about a hour after eating chicken nuggets and onion rings I developed severe cramping in my stomach. That's was the only food that I consumed so it had to be from that meal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

My parents picked up some mcdonalds for me and the. I ate the 20 piece chicken nuggets hour later gas started and nasuea then hour n half later i started to have diahrea severe instinal cramps and nasuea very close to vommiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps

On vacation to adventureland. All other restaurants closed after getting following the park closing. Got chicken nuggets with ranch dip ate and fell asleep right after. woke up around 3am and vomited. had gut wrenching cramps and diarrhea and fever and chills. been puking and pooping ever since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
