I had a regular chicken sandwich at about 1.30 pm. I was fine, but at around 6 pm my stomach started becoming really uneasy. I went to the restroom a few times but they were all false alarms, until 6.30 when I got extremely painful diarrhea and a slight fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Went to lunch with a co-worker had the traditional chicken lettuce wraps both ended up extremely sick once we got back to work it's the only thing we both had.
