Goodbye! and best wishes in your recovery

Coleslaw could likely be the culprit of food poisoning. Because coleslaw is often made with cabbage and mayonnaise, there is the risk of Salmonella, Listeria, and E.coli contamination. All produce should be washed prior to preparation and consumption, and foods containing animal byproducts should be kept below 40 degrees.

    Last updated: November 27, 2022

    Product: Coleslaw

Food tasted fine, ate it right away so it didn't sit out, but I became violently ill about 10-12 hours later. Can't even keep water down now. I think it was the coleslaw, it's the only thing I ate that my partner didn't, and he never got sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less
