My coworkers and I ate/ indulged there Friday 10/17 for lunch. Within hours all of us had vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea. I ate the most and ended up in the ER for about 4 hours.

We had a party of 5. Four became very ill with diarrhea (one vomiting) after eating there. Ate the brisket (all), Mac and Cheese (all) and beef rib (3). Not convenient since we had tickets to ACL Festival.

My husband and I ate lunch at Terry Black’s in Austin on 7/12/25. Approximately 6 to 8 hours later, we both, as if right on cue, experienced the worst cramps and diarrhea ever. We had the brisket, beans, pickles and onions, peach cobbler, and green beans.

3/4 of the people I went with got food poisoning from Terry Blacks. This place is unsafe for the amount of other people it’s happening to. Worst I’ve ever felt not worth it.
