Corn Food Poisoning

Canned and frozen corn could be the cause of food poisoning. Canned corn has been recalled numerous times for Clostridium botulinum contamination, which results in a botulism infection. Similarly, frozen corn has been recalled on several occasions for Listeria contamination. Both infections can result in severe illness.

- comments: observed water stained ceiling tiles in the rear prep/dishwashing and storage area. Instructed to replace ceiling tiles and maintain.

Observed dirt/dust build up on the ceiling tiles and food splatters on the walls around the sinks and cooking equipment. w no issue (I was trying to determine what made me sick bc 3 others had the pizza, w no issue). Then around 3:20pm I took a sip of the lemonade and boom. Throat has an acid burn again, stomach is rumbling :-( so I found the cause of my sickness. Coca-Cola lemonade.
