I ate no food, I was feeling good, but i was hungry so I was eating golden grahams and then about 10 minutes later , i started to experience a over salivating mouth, i'm now really nausea's and my stomach hurts, avoid honey grahams they mess up your stomach bad. poured another bowl with a different non- dairy milk and the same thing happened! Violent vomiting. I had no other flu like symptoms and was fine afterwards.
