I purchased Kale, Sweet Potatoes, a cooked Roasted Chicken, hummus, broccoli, and black forest ham, and food prepped for the week on Sunday. I ate almost a bit of everything, and by Tuesday evening I had severe cramping and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
