I ate Chipotle Mexican Grill on 12/11/2018 I had a bowl containing (chicken, brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, sour cream, corn, avocado, and red salsa. 30 min later I had diarrhea and felt very nauseous and started vomiting uncontrollably.
