Got a pretzel pizza, when we got home it looked slapped together and burnt. Had the wrong sauce and the crust almost tasted like fish... I ate 1 slice and have had diarrhea and stomach aches, my husband ate 3 slices and has been throwing his guts up. On Saturday March 27 I got take out at 12:23 pm. Ate at 12:45 PM. Was incredibly ill. Vomiting, diarrhea and nausea started at 3:40 PM.
Ordered the godfather part II pizza and ccc wings. Had 1- 10oz beer pizza something IPA. Watched the bartender change the keg prior to pouring me the glass.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
