Ordered a Sausage McMufifn with egg last night. Woke up this morning with Nausea, Fever, Vomiting and Diarrhea. I have had food poisoning once before and this feels just like it. My daughter ate a sausage McGriddle yesterday morning and she has had diarrhea and threw up in the car about 31/2 hours later after complaining of her stomach hurting.
