Watermelon, feta, arugula salad. Felt very, very bad about 3 hours later. Extreme nausea and full body discomfort. After vomiting for about 5 minutes straight (all salad and water) I felt much better. I guess the water could also have been the culprit, but seems less likely. Had a classic burger w/ fries which included a giant piece of lettuce around 1:30PM on May 9th, 2016. About 7PM that night my stomach started feeling nauseous.
