Me and my bf ate saltine crackers last night from dollar general. I ate one and had a really strong soap/detergent after taste, my bf was confused at my reaction so he tried one. I work in the pool as a swim instructor. One day I got a horrendous sore throat which led to a coughing fit. I assumed It was either a kid or the pool water. I took antibiotics and for a bit I thought I was doing better.... See More However when I returned to the location after about a week and a half, I had their orange cranberry muffin, orange scone, and a large fountain drink.
Next day my throat was suddenly sore again and I was coughing of either phlem/muscus/ or something bacterial. My stomach generally is fairly strange as well but what ever I have gotten that affects my throat as also made my bowels more sensitive.
After 3 weeks of being around kids, in different pools, and not having any worsening symptoms, I tried the panera one last time. Within 30 minutes of eating it was starting to act up again!

Yesterday, Friday, November 17th, 2023, at 6:08 PM, my husband and I shared a Chicken Finger Plate at Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings, 2205 Cobb Parkway Southeast, Smyrna, GA, USA. Nine hours later, my husband was nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, abdominal pain, and extreme joint pain as well. I only have headaches, nausea, abdominal pain, and a sore throat. All of these symptoms are signs of salmonella poisoning. I do not want to have to leave a bad report. However, this is no joke. Thankfully we are young with good health so it should pass within the week. I do not believe that Zaxbys is following the rules and protocols to ensure the health of its customers. This meal is the only food we’ve eaten out of the ordinary, so I’m confident it’s the cause. I have to contact the local health department when they open on Monday.
