the sandwich ham and cheese from there I ate the sandwich ham and cheese from there and 1 hour later I threw it up and felt weird and dizzy never thought it'd happen.

I was gambling at Dottys casinoand decided to walk over for something to eat. I got 2 slices of pizza and sat down at the slot machine where i ate them. I felt fine up until i stepped foot in my apartment. That's when it hit me. I didn't have anything else to eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other

Within an HR was trowing up had fever was sent home from dentist apt
Started having diareah for 2 days
