Chop't Food Poisoning

You can get food poisoning from mixed salads and bowls. Salads contain uncooked ingredients such as romaine lettuce that can be contaminated with E. coli and washing has shown little effect in removing the bacteria. Diarrhea and nausea are the most common symptoms of Chop't food poisoning.
