7-year-old sick with symptoms of Salmonella. He is cold & sweaty, abdominal pain, diarrhea & feels very sick. This woke him up at 2:00am & was feeling terrible. He had a happy meal, which gave him a stomach ache right afterwards.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

I got a 10pc chicken nugget on 7/20 after 10pm. The following day I had intense pain in my intestines, diarrhea, and a near constant feeling of needing to vomit. Symptoms continue now for 4 days. I've already missed 1 day of work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered big Mack and small coffee frozen drink.
6 hours later I have to call off work. Formlast 48 hours puking blood and yellow bile dieareah. I am Now on way to urgent care but wow this sucks. Missed 2 days of work:/  | Symptoms: Bile

Two adults have got sick.dered two iced tea, and two cheeseburgers, ate within 5 minutes, felt sore stomach by 10 min, and each mentioned sore stomach... Symptoms ongoing almost 24 hours later... Ordered two iced tea and two cheeseburgers...* 2 adults got sick. 10 minutes after eating.
