Had lunch this afternoon big mac meal...about 20 min later driving home started getting bad stomach cramps. Few hours later feeling nausea and have had severe diarrhea since. Wont be eating there ever again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

July 7,2018 7 pm Ate 1 McChicken & 1 grilled snack wrap both with shredded lettuce on it. In less than 5 hours both my son & I were nauseous, had splitting headaches, muscle spasms and vomiting with incredible cramps. We were sick for over 24. Also… See more
