My husband ate an egg McMuffin and was sick within hours. Then 2 days later the cyclosporine outbreak related to salads comes out. He has been sick for 10 days with all the symptoms of that parasite. I don’t think it’s just the salads...there is obviously some cross contamination.

I ate a McDonald's Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad on 06/29/18, and again on 7/11/18. I was sick with severe nausea, cramping, aching, chills, and fever. I went to an Urgent care, thinking I had a kidney infection. I had to miss two days of work,  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills

Ate Buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich on Jul 16th. Was the first meal of day as the only other thing that day was morning coffee. Started vomiting and stomach cramps within an hour. After 3 throw ups and some diarrhea recovered in about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
