We got some food thru uber eats..and my wife was wometing,had diarea and have high temperature aftwr it.. she looks really bad and we are on the road and cand see the doctor!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

It was to spicy mcchickens as lettuce wraps. I have been having diarrhea for a whole day since. This has happened to me several times before from eating spicy mcchickens. I am done eating McDonalds and will never go back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
