Friday April 5th bought veggie sub lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, banana peppers, mayo, and juice.
After about an hour/1.5 hours, I started to not feel good. Very nauseous like I was going to vomit.

I had one taco with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream and a side of white rice. After about 6 hours i felt sick. Now I feel like I've been drained of all my energy and I am certainly not eating from there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
