Friday 31st May 2023. 8:35am. Had a sausage and egg Mc Muffin. 1 hour later I had diarrhea. Been vomiting and diarrhea with stomach cramps unlike anything I’ve had before, til today Monday 3rd April. That’s 72-96 hours. Would not wish this on anyone. Don’t exactly know… See more

I ordered a cheese burger and fries on April 2, 2023 around 9pm waited about 20 minutes for my food. I live 3 minutes from there and when I got home food was cold about hour after I ate I had diarrhea then went to vomiting I have been sick since then.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
