Yesterday evening, February 13, 2023, I had a Big Mac and nuggets delivered to me (these were easily eaten by my spouse). I ate the Big Mac and three hours later I started having diarrhea. This one is still going on...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

been in bed with food poisoning from their chicken nuggets !!
this whole order had problems which i have photos of !
chips under cooked , burger buns burnt,

Saturday around 13:30 I ate McDonald's to go and about 1 hour and 30 minutes after stomach pain then diarrhea a few hours after fever nausea and in the evening around 9:30pm vomiting. I was sick all night and the next morning I felt better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else
