I ordered myself a creamy Parmesan and Italian sausage pizza with stuffed crust around 5:30 and at 7:00 I was on the toilet with the runs and throwing up at the same time. Order food around 1030 pm on July 22. Woke up 6 am July 23rd. Have had diarrhea and terrible cramps stomach pain. Along with nagging headache all day. It's now 1155pm 24 hours later same symptoms.
