UA 76 from Heathrow to Newark on Sunday Aug.6, 2017. Husband and I both extremely sick- both ate the chicken lunch served (or was it the pretzel? or the quinoa salad?) It was definitely something on flight- fever, chills and extreme diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Fever

I sat in business class on a flight back from Asia. I had the shrimp or chicken and i immediately got diarrea and a fever and it was terrible. This was last thursday and i still have lingering symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Within 48 hours of eating chicken on Delta flight from CDG to ATL May 13, 2017, I came down with the worst case of food poisoning. Medical tests conducted by Dr. confirmed Campylobacter infection. Lost 4 pounds in 4 days. Very painful illness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
