On UA 4 from Heathrow to IAH, i had about 30% of the pasta and felt sick. Had excruciating headache, vomiting and nausea coupled with sleepless nights. Whats worse my less than 2 year old traveling with me got sick too. HORRIFIED!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate the chicken meal on the Newark to Heathrow daytime flight yesterday. About an hour after eating started to feel sick, stomach very tender. Diarrhoea started soon after and vomited my entire stomach contents later in the flight. Then got shivers and chills and still have diarrhoea… See more

Ate the pasta and veggies for lunch
Then eggs with sausage and veggies for breakfast.

Got sick around 6-16 hours after the meals. Felt fine but then felt nauseous. Vomiting everything including water I tried to drink. Had diarrhea and both overheating or chills. Body is very achy and weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Body Ache
