I ate a med roast beef sandwich about 10.00 pm,i woke up early in the morning,about 6 hoirs later and i was burping a god awful smelling gas, i have had all of my symptoms well into the next afternoon ,its 2pm and i am still having flare-ups of the runs and vomiting,not feeling well at all  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Burping

I went to lunch at 2:00pm and got a Italian sandwich and fries... after eating my lunch I went back to work 2:30 by 3:00 my stomach was hurting, I was sweating , turning beat red as felt nauseous.. got diarrhea too  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Sweating

The only thing I ate different that night was an Arby’s brisket sandwich. Haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years, woke up in middle of the night with horrendous stomach cramps that lasted the better part of a day. Some vomiting and diarrhea but not severe.
