I had a pizza tonight around 9pm it was a make your own, stone baked bbq sauce base with chicken peppers and sweet corn x2 and I’ve got diarrhoea and Ive been sick can’t get off the toilet now and constantly wanting to throw up. Never again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I think a pizza Ate fresh made pizzas yesterday at 6pm with 3 other people. 2 of them have been having  diarrhoea I’ve had diarrhoea nausea stomach cramps and vomiting I had a different pizza to the others. Symptoms started this morning 7am
