Had the Chicken and Shrimp lunch with chicken fried rice on 4-14-2019. Today is 4-16-2019. I have had diarrhea since the night of 4-14-2019. Nausea and fever started 4-15-2019. Started vomiting 4-16-2019. No other changes to diet and/or activity level that could explain my symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Benihana’s food, I had steak and lobster 6 course meal. Girlfriend had steak and chicken. We both got home 15 minutes late and thats when symptoms started. We were up sick all night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
