Dark chicken rotisserie meal with mashed potatoes and corn as sides (drive through). Ate the meal around 9pm on Monday, May 7, 2018. Began feeling nauseated around 3am. Subsequent symptoms included terrible diarrhea, fatigue, headache, and severe abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain

I was sold two large sides of Cream Spinach Premium which were stale, musty and sour at 2:30 PM at above mentioned location. At about 5 PM my toilet became my "best friend" for the evening. Stay away from this place! P.S. they even charge you extra 50 cents for this "premium" poison.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
