At the airport inside of Southwest terminal. My family of 3 was all food poisoned on Monday March 5, 2018 at 7p.m. We order 3 different pizzas, Pepperoni, Pepperoni and sausage, Pepperoni sausage and mushrooms. Said the cook it fresh for us. My daughter fainted so we had to call 911.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the turkey club and ceasar salad and started having diarrhea an hour after eating. Other family members are the club and had no problems. So it had to be the salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

So, I was with my father and brother and I ate a green pepper pizza w/mushrooms. Later on, I felt my stomach was rumbling after the day. And then, It took me about 20-30 minutes to unpack my self. So I came to a website like this to report the issue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My Fiancé and I had thai chicken pizza and chicken tequila fettuccine for lunch today, and we both started having upset stomach followed by diarrhea. We love both dishes and those are our go-to menus at CPK and never had these kind of symptoms before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Two out of three of our party had uncomfortable diarrhea soon after eating at CPK. The only thing we had that the third didn't have was an Arnold Palmer. Perhaps the ice tea or lemonade had bacteria??? We shared Avocado Egg Rolls, there were two Chicken Tequila Pasta and one Bahn Mi Bowl.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
