The DIET LEMONADE lunchtime 2-28-22. I drank half a medium, then began to feel dizzy. Rushed home. Upset stomach began 30 min after first sip. Nausea, diareah, dizzy, and shaking. I drank alot of water and a dose of pepto. 2 hours later felt 50% better. Stomach still upset.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Shaking, Dizziness

February 25th I got chicken nuggets around noon, and within a few hours I felt fatigued and oddly tired, then as by 4pm I fell asleep (not normal for me). Woke up at 5 extremely nauseous, having stomach pain, light headed and feverish.
