On the night of 10/22 my friend and I went to Chick-fil-A in Bangor. We both got the same meals, spicy chicken deluxe (includes lettuce and tomato), waffle fries, and a Coca Cola. Within hours we were both experiencing severe diarrhea and it has carried over to this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had a Chicken Cobb Salad, and 6 hours later developed severe stomach pains, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The first few times I vomited it was undigested Chicken Cobb Salad.
