Myself and a coworker attended this restaurant on April 30th 2026 for lunch and we both got sick. We had the chicken nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich meals. Ate a meal there though everything on the sandwich wasn't right. Well we had eaten the fries because the sandwich was disgusting. It was mostly the lettuce on the sandwich. It started about 20 minutes ago about 30 minutes after I ate nuggets from a kids meal at Chick-fil-A Wesley Chapel NC. I think the nuggets because I was perfectly fine before that. Two of the nuggets felt like they had a different texture.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ordered 12 count grilled nuggets, grilled chicken sandwich with gluten-free bun, waffle fries, and a strawberry hibiscus sprite. Feeling awful and had constant stomach pain since then.
