Today Happened after their protein box, 2 eggs cheese fruit I also ate at chipotle in Carson 48 hours ago and things from Trader Joe’s on bellflower in Long Beach. I couldn’t indicate on form for some reason  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other

Got there at 2pm and they told me all they had was what I could see (a little bit of chicken , old ground beef , cheese , salsa and pico ) - I should’ve left but was in a rush so I still got a bowl and the chicken must’ve been bad as well  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate here at about 3:30pm and 4 hours later I am nauseous, have diarrhea, stomach cramps, and a low grade fever. I went to culinary school so I’m sure I have food poisoning. Maybe the chicken wasn’t cooked to the proper temperature.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
