I have 2 chicken quesadilla, doubled up cheese bites, a corn dog and a huge sweet tee. 3 hours later severe diareah that needed immediate relief, (gas station). Fast forward to arriving home 40 mins later. Every 2 hours since and headache the next day. Had loose stool and headache all day today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Headache

Me and my boyfriend both had cajun chicken sandwich, onion rings, & caramel fudge milkshakes and got food poisoning. Blood in diarrhea, nausea, and weakness were our symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Bloody Stool, Weakness

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and a ranch chicken wrap with a sweet tea. That was around 10pm. I started feeling sick around 11:45pm and been vomiting and having diarrhea from 1:00am - present which is about 4:25am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
