Purchased a 24 case of cage free eggs on 07/14, made my self eggs and bacon the next morning, after began to feel stomach pain followed by vomiting and diarrhea. We bought two packs of Kirkland Signature muffins from Costco (one blueberry and one chocolate) and immediately got serious food poisoning symptoms.
