I ate about 1ounce of cream cheese that tasted really sour., I started with very bad cramps, gas and then diarrhea all night, woke up with diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Gas

Shortly after eating I felt nauseous and the room started spinning and I could not stop vomiting, I'm the only one who ate the cereal and it was within the hour I started feeling icky  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea

I purchased and ate a Hershey’s bar with Reese’s pieces in it. An hour and a half later I was weak, dizzy and started throwing up for the remainder of the day with bouts of diarrhea. Symptoms have decreased but continued past the 24 hour mark.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness
