wife had the specialty chicken-crispy bacon & tomato. husband had pizza and had no problems. 3/27/18 5:47 pm Tuesday order placed, delivered approx. 30-40 mins. later.
3/28/18 3.00 am Wednesday symptoms begin.
3/28/18 9.38 am leaving for hospital........  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
