I ordered a chicken meal with green avocado sauce on the side. As soon as I started consuming the green avocado sauce I began having stomach pain & feeling nauseous. I could not finish the meal because I had bouts of intense diarrhea. Please check the sauce for bacteria.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I ate chicken taquitos on 5/2/2019. Only at one and a half of the 3 and started to feel off. 6 hours later I was throwing up followed by severe diarrhea and fever. It has been 3 days now and I am still having severe diarrhea and mild fever. About to go to hospital if it does not get better soon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I bought the $5 original pollo bowl from El Pollo Loco, and immediately after I felt sick and continued with diarrhea & nausea, My mom & my cousin both got salmonella last time from eating at El Pollo Loco, but this time it was only me. Symptoms began soon after consuming the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate 2 tacos al carbon and 2 churros .Became dizzy started sweating everywhere then couldn't speak or lift my arms. Finally started to vomit at Wal-Mart, Just me and took about 30 minutes to get sick  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness, Sweating
