I went in today at about 11 am and got 3 pieces of chicken, side salad with ranch and mashed potatoes. Had 1/2 tea and 1/2 lemon aid to drink.... about 2-3 hours latter I got nausea and diarrhea, haven’t thrown up yet... face feels hot and I can’t sleep, fever is 99.7 but my face feels hotter  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate tacos al carbon tacos. A few hours after eating it I started vomiting with diarrhea. Later that night I got fever and went to the ER. Then I followed up with my doc a week after because I still felt I'll and I came back positive with salmonella. My stomach has not been the same since .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
