Ate the sandwich around 4:30 PM. Then nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea starting at 10:30 that night and continuing all night and into the next day. ☹️  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Arrived at Firehouse Subs on Lowes Boulevard, Killeen, TX 76542 at approximately 6:20 PM on April 18, 2017. I ordered the Cheesesteak sub and ate and finished around 6:30 PM and 6:45 PM, respectively. Symptoms started within 1 hour (around 7:30 PM).

Worst symptoms hit around 11:30… See more
