not sure Had breakfast around 8:30 am and then coffee at 10 am. Picked up orange Chicken with fried rice around noon. vomiting started around 10 hours later. Next morning started with vomiting, fever, chills, headache and the fever ended approximate 48 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

POssibly food from a restaurant chain in two different locations  Me I was alone a few hours later I woke with a urge to vomit  the first time I didn’t think anything of it figured I ate food that didn’t mix well but this time around it was my only meal all day and I had the exact same thing   | Symptoms: Vomiting
