On November 6, 2021 I ate their meatballs and experienced severe stomach cramping and diarrhea shortly after. My friend who also ate there (chicken fingers and French fries) experienced nausea and vomiting the same night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had lunch at Ikea on 04/11/21 around 3pm, my unique dish consisting of meatballs and fries. I was with a friend who didn't eat him. That same evening, 3 hours later, I had diarrhea and nausea. My friend didn't get him anything.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

October 31 at about 3:50pm I ate two hotdogs with out the buns. Started feeling sick at about 5pm started throwing up with diarrhea. The hot dogs Oct 31 at 3:50 I ate two hotdogs without buns. Something in this list made me horribly nauseous: Pulled pork sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, dinner salad, apple cake.

I made the frozen meatballs yesterday and I felt incredibly sick after 3 hours. I had severe diarrhea and because it still didn't get any better after that I had to vomit from the nausea.

Food there Ate Swedish meatballs, chicken tenders, French fries, and Mac and cheese. Started feeling unwell several hour later. Started vomiting the following morning, and by the following afternoon also had diarrhea
