both I and my husband experienced severe diarrhea and vomiting following consumption of in-out double double and fries from In-Out in Covina from 9-11-2025. not sure if any other reports  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

My son, headache, double double, on August 29 at 10 P.M. By midnight. He was vomiting and had diarrhea. Saturday at one P.M.. He is still sick. If it continues, I will take him to the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
