Landed at SF airport and got in n out burger at the closest spot the airport in Millbrae. I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries. Approx 1 hour later experienced food poisoning symptoms nausea, diarrhea, chills, stomach pain/cramping. Symptoms lasted about 48 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Cramps
