Had tacos for lunch 18 July. Felt fine all day. Went to sleep and woke at 145-2am where I spent the next four hours vomiting with diarrhea. Also had cold sweats and chills. Finally subsided around 6am. Drained all my energy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating

I order a number 10 and I guess the chicken was under cooked. I went to the bathroom and caused me to have really bad diarrhea. I'm having muscles aches, I feel dizzy and I feel like throwing up. We went to jack in the box the women were rushing didn't see to care to much about our order didn't even try to communicate with us.
