At Woodbury outlet in NY, had club supreme and ended up with bloating first, then nausea with gagging, vomit and diarrhea back and forth for a few times and waves of cramps and feeling chilly. Ordered a Roast Beef sub on a rosemary parm roll on 11/3 for a family member. Later that evening they had many episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. Lasted 3 days with the third day being lighter.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
