My aunt and I both ordered a sub in the afternoon on sunday 9/23. All day 9/24 and 9/25 we experienced the same symptoms. we both had the italian with mayo, lettuce, and banana peppers.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered club supreme online but only turkey, roast beef, Swiss on wheat bread. They gave me white bread instead of wheat. Symptoms came in within an hour of eating the sandwich. I was fine before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got the food delivered on Saturday - I didn't love the sub, it tasted a bit off so I only ate half. Less than 24 hrs later I'm vomiting with a fever and nausea and a killer headache.
