Italian style sub was the only thing I had eaten in the last 18 hours. Started with nausea 2-4 hours after eating. I have been up with nausea, vomiting and horrible diarrhea for the past 32 hours. I contacted the store to inform them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate slim 4, at 6 pm immediately got stomach pain, tried to ignore it. Started burping up turkey, diarreah and nausea hit at 3 am. This was the only food I at that night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Burping
